1.1 We deliver across Kerala and selected locations in India. Please check if your area is serviceable during the checkout process. For delivery outside our standard serviceable areas, please contact us directly.

1.2 Some of our products, such as larger furniture pieces, may have delivery restrictions due to logistical challenges. If your location falls under a non-serviceable area, our team will contact you to discuss alternate solutions.


2. Delivery Charges

2.1 Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at the time of checkout. Charges vary based on the product’s size, weight, and delivery location.

2.2 For larger items or special delivery requirements (e.g., assembly services), additional charges may apply. These will be communicated to you prior to dispatch.


3. Delivery Timelines

3.1 Delivery timelines depend on the product and delivery location. Estimated delivery times for each product will be displayed on the product page and during checkout.

3.2 Standard delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Within Kerala: 7–10 business days

  • Other serviceable areas in India: 10–15 business days

3.3 Custom-made or personalized products may require additional processing time. Please refer to the product description for specific timelines.

3.4 While we strive to adhere to delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the delay as quickly as possible.


4. Order Tracking

4.1 Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner’s website.

4.2 If you experience any issues with tracking or have concerns about your delivery status, please contact our customer support team for assistance.


5. Delivery Process

5.1 For bulky or heavy furniture items, delivery will be made to the ground floor or nearest accessible location unless assembly or additional delivery arrangements have been made.

5.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and accessible. If access to your location is restricted, please inform us in advance.

5.3 If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner may attempt redelivery. If repeated attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for reshipping.


6. Inspection and Acceptance

6.1 Upon delivery, please inspect the product thoroughly. If you notice any damage or defects, notify us and the delivery personnel immediately.

6.2 If the product is damaged or incorrect, refuse the delivery and inform our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.

6.3 Signing the delivery receipt implies acceptance of the product in good condition. Claims for damage made after 48 hours of delivery may not be honored.


7. Assembly Services

7.1 Certain furniture items may require assembly. If assembly services are included, our team or delivery partner will assist you during the scheduled delivery.

7.2 If assembly services are not included, we will provide detailed assembly instructions with the product or online assistance upon request.
