1. Returns

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

1.3 Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location or provide instructions for shipping it back.
After the returned product is inspected and approved, you may choose a replacement, store credit, or a refund as per our refund policy.
2. Refunds

The order is canceled before it has been shipped.

For cash on delivery (COD) orders: Refunds will be issued as store credit or via bank transfer, as per your preference.

3. Cancellations
3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders can be canceled free of charge if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted, but you may initiate a return after receiving the product.
3.2 Order Cancellation by Aishwarya Enterprises
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:
The product is out of stock.
Incomplete or inaccurate customer details.
Unforeseen logistical challenges.
In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be processed.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
4.1 Reporting Damages
If the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photographic evidence and a description of the issue to our customer support team.
4.2 Resolution Options
Replacement: A new unit will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to a defective or incorrect product, Aishwarya Enterprises will bear the return shipping cost.
For returns initiated due to personal preferences or changes of mind, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
